GPX - France trip. Verdun - Germany B50 - Les Vosges - Chablis - West Coast

Shame the Hohrod hotel has gone downhill. Must be difficult for remote places like that to remain viable.

I like the Perche region. We had a daytrip there last May, with a refreshment stop in Nogent le Rotrou, from Chartres. It's somewhere we will visit again and could drop into after a ferry into St Malo or Caen.

Yes the Perche region is lovely and relatively easy access from UK
….and yes th3 gorel was bad. Food was dreadful. Not worthy of the blue rating. I did give my feedback to Logis when they sent me a request for it..
The one up the road in Labroche is 100 times better but so is the price…..

Good ride report.
Shame the Panorama didn’t cut the mustard; is that ice-cold, easy-on-the-eye Indian still waiting on, in there?

Yes. She was there. Manning the reception on the morning we left

The hotel was a disaster and on my “avoid” list. The hotel up the road in Labaroche which has a “table Distinguee” label from Logis is great. Stayed there before. A bit more expensive but much better than the Panorama. The restaurant at the Panorama was dreadful…
