graphics conversion filter

ive down loaded the fuse layout sheet off the forum but i get the message
"unable to load graphics conversion filter " when i try to open it
can anyone help please

What's the file extension, and what are you trying to open it with?

It's a .doc document and therefore a Word document. If you haven't got Word, you should be able to open it with Wordpad which is part of the Windows Accessories.

Using word pad to open the file and thats when i get the message ?
could anyone convert it to some other format so i can copy it?
