Great couple of days with some young uns

Went out Thursday and again today with a young lad from this area as he needed showin around Derbyshire.
He did good
First river ford crossing and a newby on no-end of lanes all over N Derbyshire.
It fair got me going, like exited and interested in his eagerness to just about try owt that I put in front of him.
So I thought I will join in as much as I can = I rate enjoyed mysen so went out today (sat) for more.
Tufty came with Steve.
Had a right - no brilliant day. l
Laughed all day. Sun came out too.
Bacon Sarnis, Ice cream, Rivers, Mountains. Happy walkers smiling and saying Ey Up. No Traffic or speed cameras. Bliss

If you like to spend time with an eager young boy and get excited about it there's no judgement from me.

For all of those who have ridden with me or know the area a big disappointment was that
Cow-shit Lane is no more.......... The farmer or maybe DCC have regraded with type 2 all along the route and is now an un-smelly pleasure to ride again.
Also "Chinese Lane" almost never fails to impress me and others in my company.
I could hear the squeals of laughter, from Tufty, even through my helmet and earplugs.
I am trying to reduce the size of a couple of videos so they will play on here.
Anyone care do give guidance or inform me what is the max size I need to get the vid to for it to attach
I am still buzzing - must get out more = Even Janet. my lovely wife commented " why don't yer come back like that more often"

what a fab week! last weekend with johnny boxer up in't Yorkshire Dales for an amazing day off roading, Then 2 more days this week with MickDB1, I've been going up the Peak District on a weekly basis, hiking, camping, Biking for over 40years and never been where we've been this week! Boxer and DB1 have a passion for their craft and its fab they are willing to share it with us ....Had an amazing time, and yes johhny, i wished id started years ago offroading
 
Looks fun and a great crowd of people to be out with.

I've finally got the WR booked in for a service and MOT and, 1 year on, the ankle seems to be getting better (insha'Allah).
Hopefully I'll be able to join you in the near future if you don't mind.
