Great restaurant in Boulaide, in the middle of nowhere in Luxembourg

We were riding a large figure of eight route in North Western Luxembourg a couple of weeks ago in 34 degree temperatures and by utter chance stumbled across this great restaurant in one of those apparently deserted small towns that are ubiquitous. It didn't even look open from the outside. I ventured inside and found it rammed with locals (always a good sign) and we had the best food of our trip.
