Great shed build

Engineering excellence...although rather long intake tubes !! Not to everyone's ( especially cefa1965 :D ) taste, even I'm sitting on the wall on this one !!
Airheads are ripe for updating/customizing nowadays !

Supercharged motors don't usually need a tuned exhaust, the supercharger does not need much help[ to fill the cylinder.
You would want a flame proof F1 drivers suit if you intended sitting on the seat when the motor was running, triple layer with perhaps a bit intercooling!

Not a very practical bike but as an engineering exercise / piece of art it is perhaps the best I have ever seen. I have posted links to so-called cafe racers before (the usual remove-the-muguards-chop-the-subframe-brown-seat-exhaust-wrap type) with dodgy welding and suspect engines. But a supercharger? Silhouette tank? Impressive.

I would have pitched this as a track bike with a race fairing (given the raised motor in the frame and all that potential power) myself. Just to go down the pub seems a bit of a waste.

I agree, I think the design detailing and engineering are both fantastic

It does look well engineered although I fail to see how the seat subframe is supported. A huge amount of effort to bring an old airhead up to some kind of modern spec. and it’s still fugly:D

Hardly a shed build when your mate does all the CNC bits.

Yes probably so, and hiding it under the seat does make for clean lines at the rear, whereas everywhere else they seem to make a point of having all the pipes, cables and brackets on show.

I quite like it, some lovely engineering and love the supercharger.A.lot of work has gone into that and it'd be a hoot to ride.Fully understand those who hate it, it is pretty extreme.
