Just back from a trip in the Pyrenees and the bike went without issues .
Managed to wear out my front tyre in 1800 miles tho , handles like a sports bike. Front brake dis suffer from over heating and lost feel but adjusted up to full reach sorted it until it cooled down , upgrade on fluid me thinks

What QS timed setting did you find best !

Brake fade: you by chance have not got the TT brake caliper dust covers ! Reason i ask my bike has gone back and the senior fella from BMW stated, on inspection said the covers may cause brake fade !

I think that is explained where he suggested that he'd boiled his brake fluid and cooked the discs

Sounds like a lot of riotous hairpins through the mountains.

Don't know about the Pyrenees, but the roads in the Picos were very abrasive.

You're trying too hard, relax to go faster

Maybe I'm trying harder off the rear profile and about 3 mm left on the front ( talking pussy strips ) ,

Feckin brilliant , best bit fitted after the full system . Made pulling out of corners easy as the gear changes were so smooth .
Haven't got the TT dust covers fitted , just hard braking , the pads fitted new before the trip are 40 percent worn now , need an upgrade
