As BMW haven't offered it as an option (it comes in 2015) have either of you thought of simply Googling the answer to your question, finding a suitable supplier of a quick shifter and having it bolted on / wired in? Failing that, call the gods at Hilltop (or any similar tuners) who will sort you out before your wallet can be snapped shut.

also any info on the mapping mod mate?

Skid , Hilltop did the mapping , well worth it as I'm running a Remus decat with Akro end can , standard filter . Gave me figures of 121at the rear wheel with 90 ftlbs of torque .
Now the quick shifter is a translogic and is easy to fit as described by Ding Dong
check his thread out in clacks and crunches . If you do decided to have one I can send all the info on best way to fit .

If any of you bods buy the translogic system and local to Derby - Notts and are not confident in the fitting, than I'm more than happy to assist for a small fee, being copious amounts of tea and biccies that's all.

Best place to buy the kit is HPS ask for ben or giles mention this forum and me and I'm sure they will give you some discount.

Its relative easy kit to fit and now with the input given to translogic they have amended the fitting instructions to include the 2013 GS .

I'll be fitting a 3rd kit very soon.

Have the Translogic unit advanced to a point where you can downshift with it like the BMW gear shift assist pro?
