ground cable extension

I bought a new battery for my f650 the other day and finally got around to filling and charging it, however, when i went to install it, i realised that terminals were reversed compared to the old battery. Now, my ground cable will not reach. The positive cable will reach just fine.

any ideas about relocation or extension of the ground cable?
