There's no fuses on the 1200GS. All the circuits are protected by the canbus system.

Why are you sure it's not the battery?? Cold weather is very hard on batteries.

I tried a brand new, straight out the box, fully charged, 13Vish battery.........and .... nuffin different than before....??
Mind you it was -4 on the gauge and ice was forming on my head.....
