I want to built a radiato grill for my 1200 Gs. No problem for material (I'll cut a radiator grill from a car tuning kit), but I don't find nothing nearby radiator to fix it!

How may I fix it to the oil radiator??? (do you have a picture of touratech, reyno... ones???)

Thanks

I made one myself a while ago. It's simply held on by a cable tie (some call them zip ties) in each corner. It's hard to describe but there is a small "loop" at each corner of the radiator that you can get a small cable tie through.

I put a small strip of rubber down each side of the front of the radiator, so that the grille was being pulled against it, to avoid scratching the radiator and also so the whole lot was under a bit of tension to stop it wobbling about.

Here is (I hope) a drawing for one I made for my old bike, you can bolt the lower tag to the beak, or, bent the other way and velcro to bottom of cooler and fix top with cable ties.

Shep, thank's for your pictures :D ..... Your description was exhausting, dont' worry....

I've used only cable ties at top and bottom, and the result is this :
