GS Calenders

Hi all,

This post is just to see if theres any interest in a yearly UKGSER calender.

I apologize in advance if there already is one (couldn't find any evidence) and hope im ok to post this!! (mods?)


Before becoming a 'Tosser' I rode a Vstrom and was and still am ,part of VSRI (Vstrom Riders International) Anyway, at one of our rideouts,(06) someone had the idea of a calender showing 'our' favourite personal bike photos, this was taken up by one of the moderator's named Si, who produced an excellent 'first' batch.

This is now a yearly project for him (as well as an FJR and Fireblade series) and he has asked me if I'd ask whether all the nice BMW riders would like one.

This is NOT a buisness or large profit making venture,its just something he enjoys doing and apart from covering his costs and labour time, he makes a tiny ,tiny profit. He is just a really good guy who is mad on all things bike!!

The costs are ,(depending on numbers ordered) roughly £9 - £12 each but this would be confirmed of course!

I'll post some examples of his previous ones and see if theres any interest for a few days before perhaps posting full details to get it up and running??

I'd be interested in one, would also be willing to donate a photograph or two if there was some money going to charity. I did a calendar a few years ago and raised over £1000 for riders for health.

We have done this before......about 4 years ago.....Matron organized it in aid of Breast Cancer research.....she did a very good job of it too......
Dennis also did one based on his beautiful photos from the Scooters In The Sahara trip....but that was 2 years ago now......
Perhaps its time for another...........??
