First post this, I hope I'm not repeating others previously..

I recently purchased a brilliant piece of UK manufactured kit fro my GS being a Crud Catcher, it is a stainless steel plate located behind the front wheel and it protects the engine from all the usual throw up from the front wheel.

Cost was £39.99 but worth every penny. It took me 2 minutes to fit, it is very well made and the overall quality is excellent.

Thank God someone in this country can still make things, we need to support the efforts of these guys and people like them.

It protects the exhaust connector pipe but more importantly it protects your front engine case which is left unprotected, getting hammered by the front wheel, left it won't be long before the paint bubbles, peels and looks a bag of sh*t :(

Likewise, bought one of the scud catchers and its great. Well worth the money for the grief it will save. He also does a rear catcher now which serves to stop the crap flying up over the back of the bike, luggage and pillion. I havent tried this yet but think it will do a good job.:thumb

Ive got both on mine front and back , as well as the side plates and the heel guard, they work,:drool And all together look the dogs danglies:bounce1:bounce1:bounce1
