Bought a dry suit from Allan Jeffries at Xmas. Much preferred it to the rallye as it doesn't have the removable liner, can't stand having a soggy jacket that weighs a ton.
It is very comfortable, been out in the rain and it didn't leak a drop. Am not keen on the shorter zip to the trousers though, my old street guard had a wrap around zip, this only has a rear one and is awkward to connect. The zip also is not usable if you have braces, it's not a separate elastic zip if you see what I mean.
The trousers fit completely differently compared to the rallye. The dry pants fit and length is similar to street guard whereas the rallye is about 4 inches too long and isn't right at all. Very strange seeing as they are the same size.
It is quite thin so you need a couple of layers underneath in cold weather, more so than street guard 3. The back protector is massive and about an inch thick but you don't feel it at all. Not had the vents open yet as not warm enough but feels like will flow enough air to keep cool considering the permanent waterproof liner.
Jefferies didn't have the black one in so got grey, it does show up muck very quickly. Am going in hols to Scotland in a months time to the 6 day trial so no point in washing till I get back.
It is expensive for what it is, but had 5 years of service from the street guard and trust bmw kit. Just hope I get another 5 years out of this kit.
