Are they waterproof?

Gossy, the fabric has some water resistance as you can see in the photo below, water was tipped on to a bag which did not penetrate it. Sorry about the quality of the picture as it was on my daughters phone. The material could be sprayed with a waterproof spray for further resistance. These are designed to be a lightweight, easy stashable carry bag.

I like them, but why claim to have a imitation when I have the real thing!

Cracking idea , I've got a bag for life in the top box and it doesn't fold down ...

I think if you made one with BMW GS on it may appeal to more people ....

I have one - quite useful and stashable. Mk 2 could be 50% larger with a double skin to insert a thin stiffener or act as a separate pocket
