A good few of us on this site will have availed ourselves of Mark Hooton's products. Most say that the products and services are superb....which I agree....but get a load of this for service.
I email Mark asking if he could make up a rack on the lines of that from Touratech but bigger to take my 40 liter luggage tube. I get a reply saying yup asking for dimensions. Sent them trough 11pm on the 11th July asking if there is any chance for the 25th when we go off to the Pyrenees.
Response is no chance due to work load and design process.....only for Mark to work on it night and day to get it to me on the 18th....where he apologises for it being a bit rough due to speed
.
Here are some pics of the "rough" rack.

Mark got it spot on first time been for a test ride today and works a treat. In the spec I asked for 5cm increase in width and 8cm in length with the slots big enough to take a rocstrap (which you can't on the touratech)....AND HE CHARGED ME LESS THAN THE TOURATECH ITEM.
Bloody good service, bloody great product from an outstanding bloke....I can't commend Cymarc highly enough.
Mark...if you are out there...thanks mate and a bottle of Malbec on the way.
Cheers
