Since replacing my low seat (on a lowered suspension bike) I have noticed that I am leaning quite a bit forward. Might be the extra seat height forcing me forward, cramping my nether regions...but might also be that I am now higher up and thus more inclined towards the bars. So, cheaper option is to try some bar risers tha also come back an inch or so. Anyone havbe any advice as to what to buy, where to buy from? Loads on e bay but prefer to buy right, rather than buy twice! advice/offers...Seat changing is a later option..for now, advise on bar back/bar riswr. Thanks. PS, ideally looking to have these fitted by next week Tuesday as trip planned

I fitted anti vibe Rox risers that I bought from NN. They are very good and I have no numb fingers on my GSA like I did on my GS. Also they pull the bars back a fair bit and no probs with cables etc Expensive maybe but they do what they say they will do.

Rox Risers - well worth the money

You can easily swap one discomfort for another. Sitting too upright puts the road impacts directly up your spine. Try putting the seat back mount on high with the front on low. Also try alternative seats. I find the Kahedo is MUCH better than the GS seat. Its not the coat talking because I paid the same for them both to replace the GSA seat that's too tall for me.
