GSA 1200 (2012 last of the air) - are these the original handlebar mounts?

Maybe sounds like a bit of dumb question but am looking to raise the handlebars on mine, have found the risers I want but when I look at the bike (which I didn't buy from new) I can't make my mind up if these have already been raised or are these the original mounts.

Anyone got one and can confirm for me.

Thanks

Pottsie

Now that is one quick reply; thanks very much for that, appreciated.

I've found some that are 50 up and adjustment forward and back, I've had the bars off and there is enough slack in the cable so it should make a fair old difference. Just need to find some decent affordable peg lowering kits, everything out there seems a rip of to me (being a tight wad)

I'm looking to get some cheap ones Phaeton, I'm not looking to achieve the impossible to suit a Yorkshire-man's wallet!

Oozing quality!!! Can’t wait to put them on.

I’ve had up and back risers on 2011 TC for years and on my previous two R1200GS’s and always got pain between my shoulders and upper back on longer journeys. I put them on in first place because I had a childhood wrist break that always meant I’ve avoided weight on my wrists. Never been able to have sports bikes,
Anyway I’ve taken them off this year and gone back to standard, though with the bars rolled as far back towards me as can possibly be done, finding it quite comfortable and won’t be going back to risers.

I'm on the standard bar mounts but the opposite way round to the OP's. I swapped them to give me a bit more room: my arms are longer than standard. As my legs are likewise long I'll be very interested when reasonably priced lowered footpegs appear.

They look like the job alright, be interested to see how you get on although have ordered a different pair today

They definitely give you a more upright position, I just need to stop slouching over time on the bike. Lower foot pegs be of interest to me also!

Hi

Out of interest how long did they take to come, the ones I bought are going back and the price on yours looks good but I'm away from Monday next, was delivery quick?

Inside a week! From Germany very efficient.
