Last sunday had the chance to ride my mates 2009 KTM 990 Adv,and after a good mixed route I came to a very quick verdict and I'm glad I have the GSA.
Cant fault the handeling as it feels much lighter even similair to the smaller cc bikes in their range.
Engine was punchy and rev'ed well but had some nasty tingling vibration between 5000/6500 rpm and seemed to have less engine braking.
Brakes were shite not worthy of a £11000 bike.
Did not like the long travel front suspension when braking hard into bends etc,the seat had been replaced with a touratec unit and that made my arse numb after 15 miles and the owner said that was 100% better than the original.
Screen was next to useless and I'd soon get pissed off filling 2 petrol caps.
So not something I was impressed by considering this bike comes out on top more often than the GS now whether thats because they compare it with the GS and not the GSA I'm not sure.

Had a text from the owner yesturday after riding my GSA he's off to a BMW dealers to blag a days ride on a GSA with the view to PX.
