GSA Aluminium panniers

Hi

Having just purchased an 04 GSA, a couple of the locks/barrels in the panniers seem to come out far to easily as soon as you put the key in. I have tried to find the secret of how to get them to stay in but to no avail. Is there a secret or are they just loose.

any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like they're in the wrong way round. There's a tab (sprung I think) at the bottom of the lock that locks in place when they're put in properly.

Try Taking then out with the key (carefully!), rotate the lock 180 degrees and put it back in with the key still in place. Lock and remove key.
