Hi all
Just been into my local dealer (williams Manchester) looking at a new GSA and noticed it has two FPC one on each side of the tank does anyone know why .
(is it because the tank is in two parts or is it a back up incase one fails)

Why would a bike that has the same engine as the standard 1200 need an extra fuel pump. A couple of gallons of extra fuel being carried and some spoked wheel doesn't make it any different in its fuel requirements?

I'm fairly certain you are mistaken.
I have a 58 plate which is 09build spec and it only has one.
It has a very similar looking round fitting on the RHS of the tank, but there are no electronics or indeed pump there.

Here ya go....
Top pic is LHS with FPC and electrical connections.
Bottom pic is RHS with breather and overflow pipes.
