Hi guys
I tried to change my front short light bulb and i think i have pushed the new bulb a bit hard while changing it and I heard the click sound from inside of headlamp cover, later when I started the bike lamp is showing very high I managed to take it down a bit but still cars beeping me.is there anyone had the same problem? i didnt try to open all headlamp cover.

You've dislocated at least one of the two tiny plastic ball and socket pivots that holds up the inner headlamp unit (the reflector). It's not uncommon as the design is a piece of cr*p. If you feel inside the headlamp you'll feel that the reflector will wobble about

The solution is not without a degree of hassle, there are several threads on the subject going right back to the 1150's. If you do a search you'll find how to fix it, the options involve a nifty bit of work with a bent coathanger or drilling a small hole up from underneath and pushing the plastic socket with a nail until you can pop the joint back in.

You'll need to take the headlamp off first and then get fiddling. The only alternative is a new headlamp unit as it won't come apart, so be patient and good luck!
