GSA screen removal

may seem a dumb question but I,ve just got a 2010 GSA is there an easy way to remove the screen for cleaning etc.I can see the torx screw to remove but the star adjuster screws dont come totaly undone,any advice pleasestill got my trusty 1150 GS though running good at 50k miles

There's a nut on the back of them mate that has to come off before you can get them all the way out then undo the screws hey presto

You have to hold the nuts inboard of the star adjuster to unlock the adjuster - this is a safety measure to prevent them coming undone on their own.

The adjuster screws have a lock nut at the end under the beak/fairing which is difficult but not impossible to undo
Someone will be along with parts view picture I'm sure or do a search

Chuck a bucket of soapy water at it to avoid having to take it off

Cheers guys just been in garage and removed it,thanks for the help and advice I'll soon get used to this new fangled machine
