GSA Top Case Rack - Torque

Been noticing a rattle from the Bumot top case when wheeling the bike out the garage. So took the Bumot rack off to tighten the two rearmost bolts as there appeared to be movement on the grab rails under force. One was about 12nm the other 15nm. Probably not torqued down properly when the Datatool was fitted. I think the correct torque is 19nm; anyone know please. Also I think I may pull them out to put thread lock on.

Yes 19nm with medium strength threadlock
