I’m consolidating my boot collection as space is running out (and I’m bored of being called Imelda at home)

First up a pair of Daytona Strive Goretex boots in size 43.
Bought as a lightweight summer waterproof and, as you can see from the pictures, hardly ever used.

£475 new, asking £275 collected from M3 J12 or meeting up somewhere within 25 miles.

Clarification on size / fit of these…

Daytona have their own ideas about sizing and they seem to be a bit out of step (see what I did there? ) with other manufacturers.

Their sizing chart attached says a 43 (which is what I normally take) is a 9.5 UK, NOT 8.5 like everyone else reckons!

So these are a Daytona 42, which they say is a UK 8 3/4, and I would say if you ignore the Euro size discrepancies and just accept their translation to UK size then they’re spot on.

I.E. These in a 42 are slightly generous compared to other manufacturers 43 so they fit me fine and I can wear a thicker sock if I want to

So if you take an 8.5 to 9.0 they’re perfect, but outside of that I’d recommend trying some on in a shop before buying…
