Well my 1200 2v heads look just like those, so at the risk of sticking my head above the parapet once again... how does that fit the logic?
Friday morning at Kinlet? I saw it arrive and thought it was very pretty, but way short on testosterone for the average Tosser.

your 1200 is a Sport, not a Griso , Griso never came as 1200 2 valve.

Interesting, that - look at how many people say their R850GS is a sweeter engine compared to the 1100, and I certainly believe an R80 is nicer than an R100... what's all that about?
Weights and measures in the 850 favour;; i did'nt know there was an 850 Griso to be honest.
That original bike looks like it was designed by a committee…..
Part off road (high front mudguard, and semi knobbly tyres), part cafe racer, seat in hipster brown, colours chosen by stevie wonder, …. Painting the rocker covers looks shite imho.
And T bar handlebars from a cruiser/hardley ableson! …what’s that all about.?
A real mish-mash of ideas/styles, that just do NOT work when cobbled together like this.
FFS, some people should NOT be allowed to alter motorcycles.
Someone should buy this bike just to put it out of its misery!
The later guzzi with the tastefully done rear seat rails looks good ( in comparison with the first one it looks like a work of art)….. I think the plastic bag is covering a satnav bracket rather than the speedo and rev counter.
The grist in gulf colours looks good ( tho it wouldn’t be for me)

Painting things in "Gulf" colours is a tired old cliche as far as I'm concerned.
The Griso is quite nice, but still...Yawn. That thing with the orange rocker covers is fucking horrible.
