H&B Pannier Racks with Touratech rear rack

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before, but I cant find the answer!

Just scored a set of H&B Pannier racks off Ebay for my new (to me) X Challenge and was wondering if they'd fit along with, for example, the large Touratech rear rack as it looks like they'd use the same mounting points. Not got a rear rack yet but just wondering.

Anyone got or had the same set-up?

I don't know what the touratech rear rack looks like, but I have picked up and fitted these H&B pannier frames and rear rack onto my X country today.
Perhaps the touratech rear rack you are talking about is made by H&B?
