H B tank bars?

Hi folks

Has anyone got some H&B tank protection bars on an 1100gs
im thinking of getting some. Q where the bars mount under the beak
would i still be able to have my migsel light bar on or will the bars
disrupt them?

They're going to be well clear of the Migsel bar.

I took mine off and threw them up the end of the garage due to the fact that you have to remove them to change a headlamp bulb.... it's a right pain in the arse.

I've got a set fitted to my 1100 but don't have a light bar fitted.... but looking at my bike and the light bar piccie it may be a problem to fit , also the piccie you posted is the 1150 version which are a slight different fit, but I may be wrong, does look tight though. would post a piccie but not sure if I can.

Well spotted, "but" theres always a but, but not quite correct... the ones fitted (in the big photie ) are not Tank Protection Bars , of the type model that offer the headlamp protection ( like the type in the other piccie on the silver GS) this type fits/ mounts to the bottom of the oil cooler, thats why you have to slacken tha bars off and lower them down to change your headlamp bulb... if you follow. And " i may be wrong " is this not where the light bar is mounted....? so it may be a tight squeeze.

Thats the pair, same as mine.... if I'am correct in assuming the light bar attatch's to the under side of the oil cooler ? this is where the bars also attatch so you may need a bit of jigging around.
