H & B Top Box

I was thinking of getting a H & B aluminium top box but have a couple of questions first.

I was thinking of the Expedition or the Exclusive and wondered if I can get a helmet in the box. It's a full face Roof, medium.

Obviously the boxes come in various sizes 30, 35, 40 litres.

I have an R1100GS and wondered how the box fits, I couldn't spot the relevant fitting rack on the Motobins website.

Does anyone have any experience of these boxes (or indeed advice on alternatives) or some pics if possible.

You can't get a helmet in the 35 litre H&B Exclusive but you can in the 45 litre

Whatton, what size is the top box on the picture from Neils thread for his panniers?

Just wondered if the 45 would look too big.

How do they fix to the bike, is the fixing rack included or extra?

Also, what is the BMW ally top box like?

OK I've managed to source a H&B 35 litre top box and I'm picking it up tomorrow evening.

The guy is selling it with the rack and this is my question.

I understand that I will need to remove the grab rail on my bike (R1100GS) and add the top box rack. Do I just reuse the original grab rail bolts here or are there other fitting too?

Any advice please?

No done it on the H+B or on an 1100 but FWIW with the Touratech on the 1150 you just reuse the OE bolts and with the Metal Mule on the 1150 you could reuse the OE bolts but I got some shiny new stainless ones with the kit and used those..
