H7 70 Watt Bulb in a 1200gsa

Having just got back from the States, where amongst other things I visited BMW Motorcycles in Las Vegas. A top bunch of blokes who are real enthusiasts and good to talk to. I thought I'd buy some spare bulbs for my 1200 gsa and saw some Xenon Boost Super Spots which are rated 70 watts. Given that they were pretty cheap I bought a pack of 2 but on reflection am concerned that they might be too hot. Am I being too cautious? The guy who sold them to me didn't have any concerns - but having said that I didn't ask him the Q above.

I have a 100w on the high beam without any problems. High beam usually means no traffic and lots of cooling wind. Was a little worried about putting 100w in the low beam and have not done it yet. 70w should be fine though as it is not that much more than the stock 55w.
