There is a place in Australia that used to regularly sacrifice Sheep to make your bum feel loved !!

He used to do bespoke covers i believe... I say used to as he was always threatening to stop doing them...

Got my woolly covers from www.alaskaleather.com . Mrs Haydw has a cow print one on my 1150 and she wanted the same for my 1200ADV- they had none in stock and made one up especially.

Is a single sheep enough?

I want to make a sheepskin cover to go over my putnams stadium seats (both seats). To those who've done this - would a 'single' from Lambland be enough for both seats? Their seat pads even one per seat, look to be a bit on the small size?

I have a Putnum for longer trips and as soon as i reach my destination i go back to standard.... just don't get the dead sheep look..........

The Lamblands one makes a good cover for the stock front seat, it follows the shape rather well, you will need two to do the whole thing.

i have dont the putnams conversion, i have done both mine, and they have done really well, had them on a while now and i dont run any air in them now.


only thing is, in this weather you get sweaty bollox, but in cold, mmm

IKEA sheep skin

I got meself one of them IKEA sheep skin rugs, took a knife to it ,cut out a sort of triangle shape ,treaded two straps thru it and it works a treat, just took it for a test spin to the Pyrenees and back, wearing jeans I had no or very little problems with sweaty arse like I did last year when I had no sheep skin thingy on me bike.
