Has anyone used this stuff on cylinder barrels or heads.
I cant find any temperature ratings for it.

When I was a marine engineer I would often spray rebuilt engines with Hammerite and never had problems with heat, even on air cooled engines.
I don't think you will have any problems.

used it on heads over a year ago and no problem :thumb

Used it on my airhead heads and rocker covers with no problems at all.

No, that doesn't make it an air hammer head. Or a hammer head air. Or anything else.

i've seen this stuff used on 1150 rocker covers with no heat problems.

i use it on all sorts of things. MUCH nicer finish than hammerite, rather like powder coat.

I used smooth silver hammerite on the head cover on my 1200 GS after a low speed spill and also to refurbish a second hand one after another higher speed spill on the other side, I really ought to be more careful... Good finish and matches quite well with no subsequent problems

I used it to touch up the inner parts of the barrels. The only problem I had was it smelt for a couple of days but it hasn't flaked off or anything. Trouble is its dirty again and you can't tell it's been done
