Offroad day for pogos with knobblies only. I don't believe anyone riding anything bigger than a G650XC or KTM640 will make it round the route, certainly this one isn't 1200 friendly! I'll be on a G450x

0930 for 1000 departure at National Trust cafe, Devils Punch Bowl, Hindhead.

Probably about 80miles and aim to be back by 4, max 10 riders.

1. Losttheplot 650xc
2. Damselfly ttr600

Yes pls from me. Need to ok with missus re childcare. Will be on KTM 250. Good to catch up with you guys again. Mike.

True........ But if I'd been on a girlie little thing like your Husa maybe it'd have been different! Come on down when you're back eh.

Wedding anniversary so it will have to be a no - even contemplated asking swmbo but decided against it :D. Have a good run - we'll have to start up the trail ride per month thing we had going last year.

Yes definitely, I need to get some more use out of the G450x over the winter. I'm enjoying the delights of Morocco at the moment and don't get home until the 8th October so will not be anle to join you. Its 34degC here with a lot of dust and some great pistes. The G450x would really be fun here but the GSA is coping well. See you at the next ride out.

Bloody L its awful quiet on here these days!

If I can rearrange plans I will be there, on an XT550.

Is there anywhere near by to dump a car and trailer?
That car park is a bit small and expensive. Otherwise I'll ride up.

According to the NT website, parking is only £3. As with all NT car parks, its free if you are a member. On Google Street View you can see a sign saying "Coaches Welcome". so can't see any issues with size of carpark...

Other than that, its a Sunday, so plenty of free single yellow line parking around. Other than that, plenty of residential roads to dump a car on without fear of it ending up on bricks. Hindhead ain't exactly a huge place with massive parking restrictions.

I think I will prolly park in Tower Road, as there is always loads of space down there.

Just Google mapped the NT car park, and it is as small as I remember it to be.

Now to clear Sunday.

Be careful parking on the roads around there, the wife still goes there to walk the dogs and the wardens will issue tickets if the cars are left over 5 hrs I think.

Would have joined you as am back in the uk that weekend but we're packing up the house to go into storage.

Have a fun ride. :beerjug:
