Due to a left hand injury I'm finding it increasingly painful to use the clutch lever on my 12.

I'm wondering what's out there in the way upgrade levers that people would recommend and would make the exercise easier?

That sounds great!

I was hoping I could do it for a little less money though, and find a double-action lever that just means less effort to pull in.

Have a look at any of the adjustable levers on the market. The amount of work you have to do is the same, but the part of your flexing/gripping action can shift quite noticeably. Almost all bring the lever closer to the bar but give the same amount of pull if adjusted properly.

Have you got access to a decent physio or occupational therapist? Might help.

Looks like I might be in the same boat fairly soon.
