Hello from Japan!

I work for a BMW Motorrad dealership in Japan.
I wanted a black sump guard to put on R1200GS Triple Black in our showroom.
I looked and looked on the internet but strangely nobody makes black sump guards. Then I found this UK based company who handcrafts many neet things for BMW bikes.

The president of this company kindly accepted my order to handcraft 2 pieces of black sumpguards, when he was very busy preparing for his business trip to Canada. Unbeliebable effort for someone like me who was not a regular customer for him!

And of course, his handcrafted sump guards were a piece of work!!

Mark's customer service is second to none.:thumb:beerjug:

Thanks

Thanks Sakai, looking back on it I don't know how I did it as I also had three tool boxes to make too!

Anyway I always appreciate kind words about what I do as sometimes the pay does not reflect the effort which goes into it.

And I must say that all I do is make the stuff, a huge thank you must go to my Kath who brings all the hard work together and manages it all for me - if it wasn't for her I simply wouldn't have a chance :thumb2

If anyone ever meets her then give her a hug, she's brill :bow
