handle bar width

Hi Guys,

I am trying to work out if my handle bars have been changed on my HP2 they seem quite narrow...... how wide are they normally?

A 1200GSA bracing bar is too wide for them.....

I'm presuming they're the same - the bars on my Megamoto are 80cm wide, straight across / shortest distance, excluding bar end plugs - ie just the bars.

825mm centre of end to centre of end. ish.

While I am here can anyone post a pic of the top yoke for a 2006 or later HP2? I have a 2005 and want to fit a scott stearing damper and scott say it wont fit a 2005. Just want to know if can do ant omds to make it fit.

Strange, as far as I know the HP2e only had one type of top yoke.

Here you go chap - this is a pic of the damper fitted to my bike:

From what I understand, there were no changes to the headstock on the HP2 during it's time in production. There has only been one production run.

looks like your risers are fit the opposite way round to mine, the flat side is near the tank on mine..... could just try swapping them around.
