Handlebar clamp torque settings

I'm thinking of tilting my handlebars back slightly, does anyone know the torque settings for the clamp bolts?

It's 19nm

that's why sometimes these I know it all forums can be dangerous not that the bolts wouldn't take 28nm but it could be a safety critical issue with completely the wrong advice.

Apologies for giving duff information. Figure was taken from a previous thread on here. Duly reprimanded and keeping ones gob shut from now on

It's also important to note the tightening sequence. The two front bolts should be tightened to 19Nm prior to the rear bolts so that there is no gap between the clamp and mount at the front. Follow the manual excerpt above to the letter which in my view should say "Tighten screws (2) then (3)".
