Handlebar removal tool hire/borrow??

Roy at RGM near Preston will be doing the work, so the tool will be in safe hands, I just need to find out where to get the tool to do this, as I need to remove the handlebars of my R1250RT to fit risers, but apparently there is a tool I need to do it, and I've been told it can be hired/borrowed, so I'm trying to find out how/where?

Any help appreciated.
