Hi, any 08 GSA's out there suffering from rocking handlebars?

Do you mean an up or down towards the clocks, or an left and right towards the mirrors?

Mine seem solid with no movement.

... Not come across it.

... Have you tried tightening the clamps and see if they still do it

basically there is about a 1/4 inch of play left to right, (see saw motion).
