Thank you all, I had a lovely lunch in La Ferrier near Chateaubriant, although the providers did not know it was birthday!

Managed to work out where I had stayed one very wet day a few years ago, I remembered it was near Nante and the Englsh for the name was Horse Trough.

Voila - La Abreuvoir, it is a 3-star place just beside off the main road heading to Roscoff. They did not turn up their noses when I arrived in like a drowned rat after riding from Santander.
