Thank you, lads.
Yeah, it wasn't a happy birthday when I came out to find the bike missing.
It was even less happy when I rang Axa to report it and they told me I only had third party cover. I always believed I had third party, fire and theft.
Time to ring about for quotes, me thinks.

It became a far happier birthday when I found it down a hill from the house with no damage apart from the wires pulled out of the ignition.
However, it remains to be seen how big a deal that is but with help from the Grumpy one and the collective knowledge of this site, hopefully not too costly.

The good news is the connectors are ordered and the bike should be on the road by the end of next week, in time for the boreen run.
