As a present...... ( well sort of ) we are setting off tomorrow on the Grande Route De Alps down to the South of France to catch the weather ! 12 days in the Alps should be good fun and laughter made better by a liberal sprinkling of the house red !!
I just hope Al remembers to pack his `cossie ` for Cannes ( the thought of that could give one nightmares )

I`m not sure even Al can take enough changes of bike kit for that long ,can he ?.................
Rumour has it just cos I got new Rukka suit he`s also got an `extra `gortex suit but I don`t know colour. I would imagine it will be dark and understated, a bit like the chap himself.
No doubt the camera will prove otherwise.
As its my birthday I`ll buy the first round in Hull for the six of us and Al can take his turn in Cannes !
