I used to do a fair bit of hill walking with a pal until my spinal Stenosis curtailed that activity

Happy memories of Waiwrights....the only Wainwrights I enjoy these days comes in a pint glass from participating retailers

Alfred Wainwright left a huge legacy that you would only know about if your an outdoor kind of person.

Trails everywhere and his list of 214 peaks is well documented, his famous coast to coast which was voted the best walk in the world no less.

Oh and his Waiwrights beer 👍
