I went up to the alt-berg factory yesterday. Tried on a pair of boots, was happy with them, but mentioned that they were a bit loose on the heel, no matter says the man, I can fix that right now. Done, bit of leather on the heel softened. Walk out with boots, big grin, well happy, nice people. Recommended!!!!!
