For over three decades when you talked about “Adventure bikes” you talked of BMW GSs. All real enthusiastic owners have a clear image of this bike and the unforgettable emotions of facing and overcoming all sort of challenging terrains with their bike just to reach the desired goal.

A 12-hour non competitive rally through 250 kms of high altitude trails and old military street exclusively dedicated to a limited number of customized Adventure/Dirt BMW GS and to any HP2!
A unique opportunity to live the emotions of the well known HARDALPITOUR in a special and fascinating atmosphere.
This event is intended for those ultimate enthusiasts of BMW GSs to fully enjoy their bikes at best performance in their natural enviroment.
The ideal happening to get meet each other and take a look at some of the best classic airhead and more modern upgraded GSs around.

SATURDAY, JULY 5th
9.00 Opening of registration and welcome to participants; logistic organization and delivery of information brochures
9.30 Departure of the teams for the guided tours (optional)
16.00 End of individual and guided tours(optional)
17.00 Exhibition of the custom BMW motorcycles in a parc fermé
17.30 Election of the most appreciated BMW GS motorcycle during the aperitif offered by Sestriere’s Town Council
22.00 Departure of the teams for the 12-hour “HARD BMW GS NIGHT”
SUNDAY, JULY 6th
10.00 – 11.00 Arrival of the participants to the 12-hour ride “HARD BMW GS NIGHT”
15.30 End of individual and guided tours (optional)
16.00 Closing of the event
Regulations in compliance with the requirements of the Commissione Nazionale Turistica (Touristic National Commission) of the Federazione Motociclistica Italiana-FMI (Italian Motorcycles Federation)
From the start line along the way there will be 2 locations where riders can get hot food, drink and rest.
This facility is provided by the organiser and included in the entrance fee.
Also included in the entrance fee is, Insurance, EuropAssistance, commemorative t-shirt and all GPS track and waypoints.
Participation limited to clearly costumised and upgraded classic airhead GS, oil/water cooled GS and HP2(including standard) forming a team of two riders. Each team must have at least one GARMIN compatible to load event tracks and waypoints.
Solo entrants are welcome to meet other bikers looking to form a team on the Facebook page

Cost of participation:
€100 which includes the entrance to the two day event “Motorcycles beyond the clouds”.
Reservation are now open.
UK AND ENGLISH SPEAKING ENQUIRES AND TEAMS : There are facilities for anyone wishing to ship bikes to and from the event, as well as secure storage in Turin. The approximate cost will be around Euro 500. This figure is to be confirmed. Transport of luggage from start to finish line can also be arranged.
