Funnily enough I was at Sykes when this bike came in. Its not bad, but when you get up close it is no pearl in the shell.

What? I didn't know anywhere but Hull had that expression. Gary Gibson was the epitome for me, going to school and Scouts with him. He had been doing the sidecar TT for ages before I realised it was him. I spoke to him in the paddock last year and he said that shooting my brother with an air rifle when we were younger was 'all part of the fun'... who'd have thought he would turn up here years later and recognise me, even though I am now a boring chartered accountant?
