A friend just picked this up at the weekend and I thought some on here might like to have a ganders.

It's a tuned Z900 lump in a Harris frame & bodywork kit and had its own feature in Superbike back in the day.

He's doing a full resto on it but I really, really hope he keeps the paint job as INHO its gorgeous and a real throw back to the 70's!

the basic bike is probably very nice, but the bodywork and paint....:barf
 
Jesus, you would need the flexibility of Louis Smith to get a leg over that rediculous seat:eek:

Indeed it does - an era when road-going plastic-clad sportsbikes didn't exist and there was much lusting after the endurance racers of Godier Genoud and even Japauto, if you were a bit more avant garde.....
