I' be very wary - looks like they are avoiding channels that might facilitate a refund should that be necessary; perhaps ill founded suspicion my behalf but ............

This is a fraudulent website after you pay online they don't send the goods and you never hear from them again. They recently hacked my wifes email account and emailed all her friends to try and dupe them into shopping online.
Avoid them like the plague.
