Has anyone repainted their GS in the SE colours ?

Smart look'n bike you have there Onahi,Alway's thought the SE was the better looking colour scheme.

Had the beak resprayed at the same time as the tank on my bike.. no problems at all. (bike lives outside.. and only occasionally under a cover)

The three parts (Beak, Tank & Rear mudguard) were done. The painters said the plastic would be better than the metal fuel tank
all parts have come out very nice.

I honestly dont know, Cannon BMW fitted them for me. Good though. On the auto switch (indicator cancel switch)

Well, It's done. All back together. GS in SE colours. Am very pleased with it. What do you lot think ?

Its raining cats and dogs, so the pictures are just in my garage. Cant wait to have some sun now !

One of the most difficult parts of buying a GS is not being able to find the colour you want... I love the White with Blue Graphic but only second to the typical Metallic silver with GS decal and stripe each side...

Couple of questions though... I followed the thread but couldnt see anywhere if you laquered over the Blue 'GS' graphic or just whopped it over the new white?

Also we all releases with the -GS- style graphic an SE model? In all honesty i have only just recently found out from you guys the primary differences between the GS and GSA

Tank and Beak!

Nice SE paint job.......!

I've got a spare 22 litre tank and beak spare and I had it painted in SE white complete with all the internals and blue graphics(from Two Wheel Humvee).

I bought them to use on my black 1150GSA but sold it a couple of years back. the tank was a bit dented but I had repaired by Motorrad Concepts.

I was going to sell it on UKGSer but haven't got round to it yet as it's a bit awkward to post......!

The orignal decals were not laquered over, so i didnt bother with the new ones.

I'm well pleased with it. Gutted i have three/four months now looking at it in my garage.

Can anyone identify my spot lights ?

They do look similar; I’ll have to dig out my receipt to find out. They can’t be the actual ones though, mine were £250 fitted That was eight years ago though. Mine have the mounting plate for the 1150GS.
