Has anyone tried the Sygic Motorbike Mode for a one-off payment of £44.99?

The features look quite comprehensive, but they do like to charge.

Years and years ago I bought the lifetime license for Sygic, great offline navigation system.

Having said that, my lifetime license became a bit obsolete when they came up with the Preimum+. I can still use the apps and have the maps but any new feature I have to pay extra... and really, all the new features at some point were included, now they're extra.

So no, I don't think I'd recommend it.

Also, same as any other "offline" navigation, you won't get traffic or data of shops, etc unless you're online. At the end of the day, you can do the same with google maps by downloading the maps before hand.

Not saying that it's a bad app, just saying that you should have the right expectations there.

I have sygic lifetime,

Its very good , but has some failings ,

didn't know there doing a motorbike one ,

will go and have a looksee

Just be aware that Motorbike mode does not work on CarPlay at the moment. No doubt they will sort this in due course.

The Multistrada has sygic built in. I really dislike it and cant use it so fitted a Zumo XT instead

Same as the others, i bought a lifetime licence a Loooong time ago, only paid £20 at the time and i did use it for a bit (in the car)
Then like most, i bought a car with satnav so it was relegated.

I knew they did an RV or Caravan mode, you could put the size in and it adjusted accordingly.

I've had an email from sygic. I'm a premium user ( lifetime I think). It wasn't that much

It's 49euros for the add-on,

I may give it a go

I pay £30 for co pilot and something else so worth a punt i think
