On my 3rd GS, reasonable mileage including trails in Morocco and Pyrenees. One light bulb went on GS #2!

2010 GSA t/c from new, a new battery last year ( l ignored the original over the winter) and 1 new set of tourance.
So far so great

21k rear esa shock done under warranty, other than that absolutely faultless, the engine runs like a Swiss clock

'08 GSA bought in '08 with a few hundred miles on it. Now on 64,000 ridden in all weathers all year round.
Failures so far -
Fuel strip - fixed under original warranty.
Battery - replaced after 4 years use.
Head bearing - replaced at 5 years.
Front offside disc ( rotor ) worked loose at C. 50,000 and replaced.
It blows a headlamp bulb every 10,000 miles or so.
Just valves, throttle, oil, and filters serviced / replaced mostly by me since last dealer service at 20,000.
I'm more than happy with that
